For my original art, I ship only to US destinations at this time. All packaging and shipping of my art is free. Your art will be professionally packaged to protect it from damage. Please allow 1-3 days for packaging. I use a local shipper who takes great care to package your art to prevent it from damage. Shipping dates range from 2-7 business days, depending on the distance being shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as the order has shipped.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to accept the return of your order without a return shipping fee. You will need to pay to have it professionally repackaged before shipping back to me.
Returns 15 days after the delivery date will be charged the shipping fee for the return.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let me know within 3 business days of the delivered package and the issues will be addressed as quickly as possible.
Please follow the instructions below and a replacement will be quickly shipped.
- Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
- Attached your digital photos to an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
- You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
- If the damage or quality issues is not apparent in the photos, a request will be made that your provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed.
